Workforce Strategy

At Resources+ we provide strategic counsel to firms seeking to recruit, retain and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce and engage communities from various backgrounds in authentic and meaningful ways.

We work with industry leaders, like the Intel Innovation Generation, to establish creative community-based partnerships and workforce development initiatives to train the next generation of innovators and technology leaders.

At Resources+, we have helped to start new training programs like the Hospitality Employment and Advancement Training, Inc. in Miami, Florida; and worked with established brands like MGM Resorts to expand existing workforce training programs into new jurisdictions in partnership with local community colleges and non-profit organizations.

Media and Communications

Resources+ has helped to position and successfully launch corporate brands, including the $1.4 billion fully integrated MGM National Harbor resort located 15 miles outside of the nation’s capital in Washington DC.

We have established relationships with media vendors, media outlets and communication professionals and have placed more than $5 million in media advertising for our clients.

I want to disrupt the status quo.

Public Engagement

Authentically engaging communities and constituents from diverse backgrounds is vital, particularly with the changing demographics.

Delivering results that make a positive impact by building real partnerships in supplier and workforce diversity, charitable giving and community outreach is a central part of the consultation we provide to our clients, such as the American Gaming Association, the gaming industry’s premiere trade association.

Cause Marketing

Today’s consumers demand that companies and brands share their values.  Brands can no longer depend on an annual diversity report or static reporting of their social responsibility efforts.  At Resources+ we lead major corporations and corporate 500 brands to move their social responsibility initiatives into what is referred to as CSR 3.0.

As consumers become more informed and discerning about corporate brands, companies must find new and innovative ways to prove the positive impact they make in the communities where they operate. Resources+ puts our years of experience and knowledge to work for clients who desire to establish effective cause marketing initiatives.
